Shipping
Most Clear for Life fish tanks and stands are made to order. Approximate lead times:
- Standard Aquariums: 3-5 weeks
- Stands: 4-6 weeks
- Uniquarium or Deluxe: 4-6 weeks
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking info to the e-mail address you provide at check out. Transit times will vary, but delivery can be expected within 3-10 business days after shipment.
We ship using the fastest, most reliable method. Generally, smaller products ship via FedEx. Larger, heavier products ship via a truck freight carrier. If your order ships via freight carrier the trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment when it's ready to be delivered. Please make sure the product is throughly inspected before you sign off on the delivery.
Cancellations and Returns
Since Clear for Life products are made to order, we are usually unable to cancel orders after 48 hours since they were placed for any reason, including delivery time. If you need to cancel an order after 48 hours, we will check with the manufacturer to see if we can make an exception for you, but we cannot guarantee it. If we are able to make an exception and cancel your order there will be a 10% cancellation fee deducted from your refund.
Should you receive your purchase but are dissatisfied, you are welcome to return it under the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in sellable condition in the original packaging.
- You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Freight & packaging charges are non-refundable.
- There is a 15% restocking fee
- For an item that is damaged or defective we will issue a 100% refund or free replacement.
- Refunds will be applied to same payment method used when original purchase was made.

Extremely impressive in every respect
I have owned various types of aquariums for over 30 years, including traditional glass, acrylic, and less expensive "cheaper material" options. I find that in this case, the expression "you get what you pay for" applies 100%. I have not only personally inspected every detail of this aquarium and stand, but have had two friends/aquatic professionals visit my apartment, both of whom declared this aquarium to be the best quality they had ever seen. So, in a combined 100 years of fish-keeping at home, we concur that this unit is superior for multiple reasons. 1, the construction of the aquarium itself (chemically bonded) is far superior in terms of long-term durability than many similar looking but cheaper units available online elsewhere. 2, the rounded edges and clear top (purchased without optional hood) provide a great top-down look at one's fish. 3. the delivery (though it did take a few weeks) was top-notch and the level of service was not only friendly, but extremely helpful in terms of putting a very large (and very well padded) package exactly where I wanted it. Overall, an unparalleled experience and one I would be confident to recommend to fellow aquarists who want a long-term solution.

It's a very good tank and it's already in use. I like the way it set up. And I'm going to actually mount a light above it. So that central slot I can just lift and put food in. Very happy with it

The fish tank arrived in perfect condition. I have not used it yet since the future inhabitants of the tank are in ponds outside until September. In hindsight, I should have gotten a 50 gallon tank. The 20 gallon tank will run about 17 dollars per gallon compared to about 10 dollars for the 50 gallon. The tank is clear and has no background color. So when I accidentally scratch the front pane, I will be able to just turn it around and watch the fish trough the back pane.
