With the biOrb LIFE 45 you get the practical benefits of a small base while it’s tall shape means you have more space for decor and fish.
Biological filtration. Like all biOrbs, the biOrb LIFE 45 uses special ceramic media to provide biological filtration, which has a surface area equivalent to the size of a football field. Any excess waste is collected and held in a filter cartridge at the base of the biOrb. To maintain your biOrb LIFE all you need to do is simply replace the filter cartridge every four weeks and change a third of the water.
The Multi-Colored Remote-Controlled LED light. Now you can enjoy the magic of multi-colored lighting in your biOrb at the touch of a button. Simply choose your favorite color or scroll through the entire spectrum of light.
What's more, it is an automatic setting which simulates a natural light cycle for your fish. An inbuilt timer phases the light through a 24 hour period from daylight to moonlight and back again. Simply choose from the 8, 10 and 12 hour daylight settings and the MCR light will do the rest.
You can leave it running 24/7, so if you are late home or away on holiday your fish's routine is not disturbed.
For your peace of mind. The light and air pump are low voltage. The aquarium itself is made from acrylic which is ten times stronger than glass and backed by a 2 year warranty.

Returns
